We are out of state Short Term Rental (Airbnb) investors. We had a guest dog rip our brand new carpet and we called Frankco and found him here on Thumbtack. He went to our property while we are in KY and he quoted us and replaced the carpet. We visited the property the day after installation. I would definitely use their flooring services again and highly recommend that others do the same. They were quick to respond to all my questions and were prompt on the day of service. I wish I could choose more than just value, quality and responsiveness. Be was punctual and professional, fair, looking for a win- win and the quality of work was flawless.
