Born in Montego Bay Jamaica, chef Dameon grew up in a culture where foods are grown naturally and harvested nearby; organic has always been a way of life, not a grocery store label. our culinary team have extensive cooking background from working at the Ritz Carlton, Sandals Resorts, and a luxury cruise ship to name a few. Dameon did an amazing job of preparing exactly what my guests wanted. Everything from jerk chicken wings, to vegetarian dishes. He served breakfast for 3 days, and catered an outstanding cocktail reception!!

I do. It know where to begin. First chef Dameon was early, that’s always a good sign because it shows he’s about business and not wasting anyone time. Second. He was such a courteous young man. As he prepped we’re spoke and had conversation as if we known each other for years. Such a great person! This was for my dads 70th birthday and I’m so happy I found chef Dameon. He set up the tables and announced when the first course was ready and we were not,as the first dish was a waking burst of flavors in our mouths. My goodness crab cake was delish. The salad was amazing and then to the main dish Chateaubriand was like butter. You didn’t even need a knife to cut it. The meal was a delish and the presentation was Impeccable. He took that to a higher dosage with the presentation for dessert. Wow! All I must say is if ... no.. WHEN you book with spice house are in for a treat! Such a great time, what a treat! Thank you chef for making my dads birthday dinner so special!! We will book you again when we come back! Lol

Exceptional!!! We were a group of 13 women traveling on a business trip. We had rented a large home and wanted to have a special team dinner in the home. Dameon was very professional, friendly and accommodating to our special dietary needs. He was super easy to work with. He came by the day before our event to check out the kitchen and brought whatever else was needed to ensure a perfect event. He arrived at the house before we were home from our event and had already moved the furniture and set the table before we arrived. The food was delicious and beautifully presented. The leftover crab cake and gouper was delicious two days later. Thanks Dameon for makeing this such a special night for us?
