I work with transparent and competitive prices, always providing clear estimates before starting any service. I do not apply hidden charges and, in certain cases, I offer discounts for returning customers or combined projects. My focus is to provide quality, trust and value in every job.
- What is your typical process for working with a new customer?
My process begins with a detailed evaluation of the system and the client’s needs. Then I perform a technical diagnosis and present clear solution options with their respective costs. Once approved, I execute the work with high quality standards and verify the optimal operation of the system before finishing.
- What education and/or training do you have that relates to your work?
I have technical training in HVAC systems, including electrical diagnosis, refrigeration and handling of modern equipment such as ECM engines and smart thermostats. In addition, I keep myself constantly updated to ensure that my knowledge is aligned with current technologies in the sector.
