- What should the customer know about your pricing (e.g., discounts, fees)?
Typically the diagnostic fee is $ but it is waived if the customer moves forward with the recommendations made to repair the system or equipment.
- What is your typical process for working with a new customer?
We will typically schedule an appointment with you to evaluate the system. Realizing how important your home air comfort is, we strive to offer same day service and repair.
- What education and/or training do you have that relates to your work?
Our AC and heating experts are highly trained, knowledgeable, and transparent with each customer. Aire Serv technicians and installers undergo continued training to keep them up-to-date on AC & heating systems. We make sure that we understand how to properly service all types of heating, ventilation, and air conditioning (HVAC) systems.
