I have worked with Gunny Pepper more than once and I will continue to use his services when in need. Very professional and thorough. He is an honest worker who wants to provide reliable service. We had complex issues at our townhome and he was patient and courteous while we explored repair options and payment. Completely recommend him!

Jose saved the day! Our AC was blowing hot for 2 days and by day 3 we were at our wits end. Called Gunny Pepper and they were able to come out the same day. The service from first contact to job complete was quick, courteous and professional. They provided a time window as to when the tech would arrive and the tech reached out when he was about 1 hour away so I would know his arival time. Jose took time to explain what the issue was and address any of my concerns. He also went the extra mile to suggest changes we could make to have our system run more efficient. Their website says that there pricing is very competitive and will for the services completed. I believe the pricing was fair and very reasonable. 100% recommend 👌
