We had an original quote from a different contractor and I felt it was too high. Arctic Air offered me an alternate solution over the phone without even seeing our unit. He came out and worked until after 7pm to make sure we had AC. Definitely went above and beyond.

Ray was very punctual and on a Sunday as well! I was extremely impressed by his knowledge and honesty. Thankfully my situation was an easy fix and he did not try to up sell me on anything! Ray is my hvac guy going forward!

I had an amazing experience! I called Artic Air after another company was unable to diagnose the problem with my AC unit and recommended that I replace the entire system. Within a couple minutes, Ray managed to locate and fix a clogged pipe, saving me thousands! I'll definitely be using this company for any issues that I have in the future, I can't recommend them enough!

Ray was great! He responded promptly and came out the same day. He showed me exactly what he did to provide service to my unit and to get it running nice and cool again. He even did small things such as cleaning the air vents from where the cool air was blowing from. I highly recommend him, and will certainly be working with him again in the future!
