Our technicians are experienced in fine-tuning to get the best potential out of your existing system. When necessary, we will also recommend a new system if repair just isn't a viable option. If you only need a maintenance, we will check and offer replacement of wear items and common failure items that are showing weakness to keep your system in the best possible condition.

I can’t give enough praise about Polar express a/c and heat(our household loved the name and work vans) coming to my rescue in this Florida heat. I have no clue when it comes to ac other than turning it on. I called them in a panic with a 4 year old staring at me sweating way too early in the morning, and by 9am Jason(gentleman that took my call) had tech’s at my door(Khan and Joe). They found my issue and explained it to me in a way I can understand and walked me through the process in what they found, and did to fix it. It was fixed same day 🙌🏻. These guys were very professional and friendly. Call them to save yourself the headaches and wallet from other big name companies.

One of the best family owned and operated company in town, these guys are literally the best, their work is phenomenal, if you’re looking for a company that won’t take advantage of you this is the company you need to call, the techs these guys have are extremely knowledgeable, i been having issues with my system for 5 years until Mohamed showed up and diagnosed my system and fine tune, it’s literally been cooling and dehumidifying better than it has in 5 years I’m extremely impressed and pleased with these guys, I don’t ever leave reviews for companies after what these guys did I feel compelled to leave a review and praise their technician.

My parents A/C had stopped working a little over a week ago so I shopped around for quotes and appointments everyone seemed to not want to take the job or appointments were too far out. I contacted Polar Express Air Conditioning and Heating they answered immediately and had a window for me the same day. Mohammed and Joe the tech guys gave me a time, affordable price, they arrived fixed the issue, and everything is working good as new. Great Customer service and I strongly recommend!
