Imagin called me before our appointment as a courtesy and showed up right as scheduled. Juan originally came out just to give an estimate but was prepared to do the job that evening to our surprise! He quoted a very reasonable price and did an amazing job installing 7" crown molding on our high ceilings. Very professional and has done finish carpentry in some of the most exclusive homes in the Central Florida area and is very affordable!

IMAGEN VP LLC did a fantastic job installing a Tongue and groove pine ceiling in my patio ceiling. Juan who does the work was extremely professional with attention to detail. He constantly checked to make sure I was happy with the job as he was doing it, from installation, to correct stain color to light fixture re-installed. Typically, I don't write reviews but I feel I have to let everyone know about the excellent work that I had provided to me by Juan and Imagen. I hired a "handyman" to replace my front door threshold and to fix rotting wood around my door frame. The contractor installed the incorrect threshhold and made a series of holes in my front door installing a sweep which was crooked and let light in underneath the door. I was so disappointed with the work. I then called Imagen and scheduled an appointment to have an estimate written up to undo all the work from the previous contractor and correctly install a new threshold. Juan was prompt and greeted me. He listened to what had happend and saw the incorrect threshold installed by the previous contractor. He took some messurements and provided me with options and an accurate estimate of work. He even suggested a fix for my rotten door frame that litterally saved me a ton of money. (Everyone is looking a little close at what they are spending) I agreed on the materials and labor cost (VERY COST EFFECTIVE). Once the materials were in, he came and promptly installed the new threshold, and repaired the door frame. Now I have a storm ready front door ! He was professional, courteous and respectful. He made sure I was informed at each step in the process. The result was amazing ! I asked him if he did remodling. He did respond that he could do some but not all of the work and said he had reliable people to help with the rest. I am definately keeping his company's contact information so that I can use his services again. In two words, EXCELLENT EXPERIENCE ! Thank you Juan !
