Ricardo and his assistant were courteous, did good work, and gave good value. He recognized immediately that the RH screws on the anti tilt kit were insufficient to go into the stud in the wall properly and came equipped to improve the situation. I will hire him again!

What should the customer know about your pricing (e.g., discounts, fees)?
Usually we start with a minimum fee of 120.00 for the first 1 and 1/2 hour, then we charge per hour on mostly of our Job. But we do a lot of fixed prices for specific projects. ;)
What is your typical process for working with a new customer?
First thing is discuss about your product texting over the app, if we are discussing about a specific project we can schedule an appointment to give a accurate estimate. Then we can move to schedule a date to accomplish the work. Some simple task we can even do at the same day.
What education and/or training do you have that relates to your work?
Everything started as a hobby and quickly became a passion and a business. We do with passion, skill and knowledge, but experience is what counts most.
