Exceptional service! I made a last minute inquiry, but I received a call right away, and was squeezed into his schedule. I was not sure what was wrong with the garbagedisposal- it had a foul smell! Turned out, the hose was an old hose that was clogged and needed replacing. He also educated me on the access to the sewer. It was hidden, and he raised it up for me. I am very pleased with the service and will call again for any plumbing issue I may have.

It was unfortunate that I could only choose three qualities that I liked, because responsiveness and punctuality were definitely included as well. Eddy was absolutely AMAZING! He immediately became one of the family as I had an emergency plumbing issue where all of our bathrooms were out of order at my nonprofit agency and which we had an event the same day. Not only was the issue repaired, but fixed right in time before our event started. I truly appreciate Eddy and the CFL team!
