- What should the customer know about your pricing (e.g., discounts, fees)?
All active service or retired military and first responders receive 10% off the price of labor.
- What is your typical process for working with a new customer?
The process will vary between the scale of projects but usually will involve an initial estimate based on the information available, then a site visit to ensure there will be no issues in executing the work, then a quote will be provided for review and comparison. If the quote looks good, we will move forward with a work order or execute a contract. For simpler project where all necessary info is already provided, a site visit will not be necessary.
- What education and/or training do you have that relates to your work?
I have two Electrical Contractor licenses issued by the states of California and Florida, have an Associate's Degree in Engineering and can design and draft Electrical and Engineering Plans with AutoCAD for the purpose of obtaining construction permits if necessary.
