Dave was fantastic they were on time they measured went to get supplies and started working. They built a wall with a door to separate a room. The workmanship was wonderful I am so glad I found him and will definitely be using him again. If you don’t consider him for your handyman jobs you will be missing out!!

What should the customer know about your pricing (e.g., discounts, fees)?
My pricing is always based on a flat rate. I provide a clear estimate upfront, with no hidden fees, and I never ask for payment in advance—payments are made only as each stage of the project is completed. Even if unexpected situations come up, I do my best to honor the original estimate. If there is ever a major change in the project, I will always review the updated costs with the customer before any work moves forward.
What is your typical process for working with a new customer?
I start by asking for details about the project—what needs to be done, photos if possible, and any specific requests. Then I provide a quote and timeline. Once we agree, I schedule the job, show up on time, and make sure everything is done properly. I always check in at the end to be sure the customer is happy with the work.
What education and/or training do you have that relates to your work?
Most of my experience comes from hands-on work over the years. I’ve learned by doing—through home projects, helping others, and working on a wide range of repairs and installations. Every job has helped me improve my skills and find better, faster ways to get things done well.
