Had a great experience with my flooring project. Jorge did the initial walkthrough and was extremely helpful and knowledgeable. Sergio and his team handled the flooring—removed carpet from four rooms, took out bathroom tiles, and installed beautiful 24×48 tiles with excellent craftsmanship. Diego later came in for grouting and grout sealing. The work started on Jan 14 and was completed by Jan 26, right on schedule. Even when we ran into a minor toilet drainage issue during the process, Sergio came back twice to check and make sure everything was fine. Overall, very professional, friendly, and reliable team. Jorge went above and beyond by offering grout sealing (not originally in the quote) and giving valuable advice on painting I planned to do myself. Highly recommend!
