- What should the customer know about your pricing (e.g., discounts, fees)?
The value of the service is assessed and negotiated directly with the client, according to the type of cleaning, size of the property, local conditions, whether they have animals and other additional services they wish to perform. We have special discounts for weekly and fortnightly cleanings.
- What is your typical process for working with a new customer?
We suggest that the first cleaning is a Deep Clean, this way we can keep your home always clean with regular cleanings.
- What education and/or training do you have that relates to your work?
Our team is experienced, trained and prepared to offer the best service. We are always updating ourselves with the best practices and products for cleaning each environment.
