- What should the customer know about your pricing (e.g., discounts, fees)?
I keep things simple. I work by an hourly rate and I keep the options open, and let the client know, because you never know what you will run into on a job, especially on an old house.
- What is your typical process for working with a new customer?
I like to meet in person before the work begins so we can discuss the project. Sometimes a customer will want something that will not work completely or I can suggest other options that will save time and money.
- What education and/or training do you have that relates to your work?
I just graduated from college with a degree in Business Management. If I don't know how to do something I find someone with the skill and I learn from them.
