I am a certified personal trainer with a Bachelor of Arts degree in Biology (2011) who specializes in a wide variety of training techniques, providing one-on-one and group training exercise and nutrition instruction. I work out of two gyms, one near downtown Orlando called "The Gym Lab" and the other is in Kissimmee, FL called "Power Fitness." Both gyms offer exceptional service, equipment accessibility and a fantastic environment to learn, sweat, and achieve ones goals. She is amazing! I've been training with Michaela for a month now. She is very profesional, she motivates you and she pushes you to your max. She is there with you during the whole hour training. I'm not the most knowledgeable person with weight training. With her I have learned with to keep my proper form, to trust myself when doing some exercises (box jumps lol) and I'm still in the process of leaning about Nutrition.

She is very supportive and educated on the science of the body and how everything works. Her nutrition plans are extremely detailed, giving you specific recipes for each meal. And they're good! They keep you full! And they change so it is not constant! Working out with her is a lot of fun too. She keeps you going and allows you to breathe when you need to. She stays with you during the workout even on the treadmill and she'll talk to you which I really appreciated. The workouts on the days you don't see her are easy to understand and well planned out. She is always there for me if I have a question I can text her anytime and she will quickly reply. I recommend her highly if you want to learn about how to be healthy and eat to the maximum potential for your health, and have workouts that really build muscle and work you do that you're sweating super hard by the end of the workout. Plus, she is a bright and funny person.

I love Michaela! She has personal trained me on a number of different occasions. She assessed my needs and catered my workout based on them. She is very knowledgeable about nutrition as well as the exercise component. And after all that Michaela cheers you on and gives you the boost & confidence that you need to keep working hard.

I trained one on one with Mac for more than 9 months. Each session was always a , sweaty, heart pounding, detoxifying, challenging, full on work out. Mac was great at making me feel comfortable as well as challenged. She would gently talk me through any point of struggle and always...always encouraged me to give my best! Mac was never pushy and gave me her full attention with every workout. It was like working out with a close friend who pushed me to give more of myself each session.

With a rather large list of goals in hand I met Mac! Basically I was overweight and very out of shape. Anyone can teach you to exercise but few can create miracles! That continues to be my experience with Mac! Not only does she take the time to teach you the correct approach to a custom regime design for you, she excels at coaching you to success! I am proof of that astonishing success! All goals reached and maintained!!
