It was unfortunate that I could only choose three qualities that I liked, because responsiveness and punctuality were definitely included as well. Eddy was absolutely AMAZING! He immediately became one of the family as I had an emergency plumbing issue where all of our bathrooms were out of order at my nonprofit agency and which we had an event the same day. Not only was the issue repaired, but fixed right in time before our event started. I truly appreciate Eddy and the CFL team!

Richard and his crew did an amazing job on a tough repair—fixing a leaking pipe in a very limited space under my crawlspace. They were very responsive, arrived promptly, and wasted no time on the trip to the hardware store for parts after inspecting the issue. Usually contractors take 1-2 hours running to the store but it seemed like they were back in about 30 min flat. They replaced an old copper pipe with some new PVC, and fixed a few other issues with my toilet. I am very happy with their work, and with the detailed invoice and photos they quickly gave me for the inspector who needs to approve the repair. I would hire CFL again, and definitely recommend them to anyone needing plumbing services!
