- What should the customer know about your pricing (e.g., discounts, fees)?
Our monthly management fee is based on the size of your home and additional services required (pool cleaning, pest control, etc). Our monthly management fees include air filters, standard light bulbs, AA, AA, and 9V batteries. Cleaning fees are determined based on size of the home and are completed after each guest departure. Guest "starter packs" are included in the clean fee and include: - 1 roll of toilet paper per bathroom - 1 roll paper towels - "Kitchen Kit" including dishwasher tab, sponge, dish soap, and garbage bag - 1 laundry pod
- What is your typical process for working with a new customer?
Our first step is to have a discussion with a potential client to see what they are looking for in a management company. There is no "one size fits all" management company. It is just as important for clients to interview management companies as it is for management companies to interview clients to see if it will be a beneficial partnership for everyone. Once an agreement is reached between our clients and us, we will do an in person visit of the property if invited (we are also available for virtual tours). Once this is completed, and a client makes a decision as to management, we will furnish a management agreement outlining all terms and conditions, monthly management fee, cleaning fees etc.
