- What should the customer know about your pricing (e.g., discounts, fees)?
Great experience and not shy if there’s a roofing service you need I will break down the options and let you know is this something we can get away with a repair and save you the time/money/headaches of a major replacement. Effective repairs will give us time to plan for the future whether it’s your forever home or not.
- What is your typical process for working with a new customer?
First, we’d like to set up a free estimate we don’t believe people should be charged for estimates! Talking should always be free in advice! After we set up this free estimate, we said an in person appointment. Take a look at the project. Take some pictures and discuss our options.
- What education and/or training do you have that relates to your work?
My schooling comes from multiple generations before me, always learning something new each project but I’ll never tell you what I think just what I know. I don’t wanna turn your house into an experiment.
