- What should the customer know about your pricing (e.g., discounts, fees)?
Pricing depends on the project’s scope, complexity, and available documentation. Share your project address, a brief description, and any existing plans or permit comments so we can determine what’s needed and provide a quote.
- What is your typical process for working with a new customer?
We start by discussing your goals and reviewing any plans, photos, or permit requirements you already have. From there, we define the scope, discuss fees and timing, and determine whether a site visit is needed. We then develop the plans or documentation and help address permit-review comments within the agreed scope.
- What education and/or training do you have that relates to your work?
Our in-house team consists of a licensed Florida professional engineer, registered architects and experienced drafters. Most have decades of professional experience in the field.
