- What should the customer know about your pricing (e.g., discounts, fees)?
Most of our pricing is standard but can vary because of the size of the home. All of our pricing is listed on our website and is upfront. When companies hide pricing they are usually hiding a little more than just that.
- What is your typical process for working with a new customer?
We typically let the customer tell us what they want and we custom tailor a suitable a solution that is affordable and that makes sense going forward. If you don't use the right equipment from the start then upgrading later can cost the customer more money by having to replace equipment that should have been installed from the start.
- What education and/or training do you have that relates to your work?
25 Years of being in the business and countless seminars of on going education gives us an edge over less experienced companies.
