- What should the customer know about your pricing (e.g., discounts, fees)?
InverterCool’s Pricing includes: 1) Air-source heat pump system with inverter technology; 2) Shipping and delivery; 3) Standard professional installation; 4) Disposal of old systems, if desired; 5) A Triple-10 Year Warranty covering OEM parts for 10 years, remote Fault Detection & Diagnostics (FDD) service for 10 years, labor warranty cost for 10 years.
- What is your typical process for working with a new customer?
Once we receive a new request, we will contact you within 2 working days to understand your needs and information about the house and old units and schedule a site visit time. A solution and quotation will be provided within 2 working days after the job site is done. You can in touch to us with any questions. When you confirm the plan, we will assist you in placing the order and making payment. The products will be dispatched after payment is received and should arrive at your door around a week. After you have well received the products, we will contact you to schedule an installation time, and complete the installation in a day.
- What education and/or training do you have that relates to your work?
Nobody knows our products better than us! We have the most accurate information, troubleshooting tips, and can offer tailored solutions to fit your specific needs. Our certified technician partners are professionally-trained to install our products to make sure the sysetm optimal efficiency, safety, and longevity.
