- What should the customer know about your pricing (e.g., discounts, fees)?
We currently waive our dispatch/diagnostic fee as a way to help customers during these difficult economic times. Since we block off dedicated time to carefully review each plumbing issue, we ask that customers schedule one plumber at a time. This allows us to give your home the full attention it deserves and helps us keep our schedule fair and efficient for all customers. Doing so helps us avoid unnecessary delays and keeps appointments available for customers who are ready to move forward.
- What is your typical process for working with a new customer?
We make the process simple and straightforward. First, we come to your home to evaluate the plumbing issue and understand exactly what you need. Then we explain the problem, review your options, and provide an upfront price before any work is performed. Once you approve the work, we complete the job efficiently, professionally, and with respect for your home.
- What education and/or training do you have that relates to your work?
For over 75 years, our family-owned and operated company has been serving Palm Beach County with dependable, professional plumbing service. Our training comes from generations of hands-on experience, ongoing industry knowledge, and a strong commitment to doing every job right the first time.
