Elmo will be coming back to install parts, but the initial service call was great. He's very proactive and thorough with communication about the appointment as well as what's needed for the repair. A truly honest and competent guy. I will call him for any appliance issue in the future.

Same day service. Great communication and showed up on time. Interaction was pleasant and he did a thorough job to diagnose the problem with our washer. We ended up replacing it but would definitely hire again if needed. Thank you!

Great work. Got the job scheduled the next day. A part was needed. So to speed up the process, I went to get the part so that the following day it could be installed. I would definitely recommend him for other jobs.

What should the customer know about your pricing (e.g., discounts, fees)?
I change a diagnosis fee that includes half hour of labor. Pricing is mainly based on how difficult it is the repairs rather the how long it takes.
What is your typical process for working with a new customer?
I get to know my customers and find out whats has been happening and go over what i think is the cause of the problem. After I diagnosed the appliance I let my customers know what it will take to fix it vs. getting the u it replaced.
What education and/or training do you have that relates to your work?
I have been fixing appliance fir the last 12 year both for commercial restaurants and residential. I have worked for Sears, A & E factory service, and ECM as a Refrigeration specialist.
