- What should the customer know about your pricing (e.g., discounts, fees)?
I change a diagnosis fee that includes half hour of labor. Pricing is mainly based on how difficult it is the repairs rather the how long it takes.
- What is your typical process for working with a new customer?
I get to know my customers and find out whats has been happening and go over what i think is the cause of the problem. After I diagnosed the appliance I let my customers know what it will take to fix it vs. getting the u it replaced.
- What education and/or training do you have that relates to your work?
I have been fixing appliance fir the last 12 year both for commercial restaurants and residential. I have worked for Sears, A & E factory service, and ECM as a Refrigeration specialist.
