Absolute 5-Star Service – Honest, Professional, and Dedicated
I cannot recommend this company highly enough. After having two other contractors come out, charge me separate trip/diagnostic fees, and both completely misdiagnose the problem just to push a high-pressure sale on a brand-new unit, this gentleman completely turned the experience around.
He showed up between 6:30 and 7:00 PM on a weeknight, and it was immediately clear he was the owner by his level of care and professionalism. Not only did he waive the trip charge to come out and look at it, but he actually took the time to properly diagnose the entire system. He identified that the compressor was completely fine and running, just extremely low on refrigerant. He added a few pounds of Freon, and the system is up and running perfectly.
What I appreciated most was his absolute honesty. He explained that there is a leak somewhere in the system—meaning this is a temporary fix—and walked me through how the manufacturer's warranty applies. He gave me a transparent breakdown of the costs involved in a deep leak diagnosis versus potentially replacing the unit down the line, advising me to see how long this recharge lasts before spending major money on a diagnostic search.
He solved my immediate problem quickly, professionally, and inexpensively without trying to rip me off. If you want an HVAC company with true integrity that won't nickle-and-dime you with trip fees just to give you a wrong diagnosis, hire this company immediately.

Jerome is absolutely amazing. He is incredibly responsive and dependable. I had two emergencies at my airbnb when the AC stopped working, and Jerome answered my call immediately and was at the property within the hour to resolve the issue. One of the emergencies even happened late in a Sunday evening. He is highly knowledgeable, professional, and reasonably priced. I highly recommend him.
