I was stressed out for a few days with the issue I was having with my MacBook. William went above and beyond to accommodate me. I was able to drop off the MacBook by his shop, he gave me full details about what he was going to do to complete the repairs. He needed to order a part for the repairs however I was unable to wait, so he worked on it to the point where I would be able to have 90% functionality, then delivered it to my place based on the urgency of my situation and promised to complete the job once the part had arrived. I am literally using the laptop to type this review as we speak ... And I will say this is the best it has ever worked in a while. The machine feels completely new! I can't wait to see what he is able to do once we have completed the repairs. 100 stars! Will definitely recommend!
