I had a great experience with Vent Professional Services. I had vents that needed to be cleaned and looked at as soon as possible as I was concerned they might have mold. They responded immediately and were able to come out at a time that worked with my schedule. This company was very professional, as it states in the name, and very accommodating. I was pleased with the pricing and the work that was completed. I will certainly remain a customer for all future needs.

These guys are reliable, punctual and very communicative. At $20 a vent, their service was priced more competitively than virtually all of the other service providers I looked into. They were cooperative and quick in their work. They could improve their efficiency by putting magnetic bits in their drills so that they do not have to worry about screws dropping on the floor from the ceiling and searching for them after unscrewing them from the vent covers (note: they always found the screws). They did not come with drop cloths for the particles that dropped out of the vent openings when the covers were taken off. This caused a little mess on my office equipment and in my bedroom and kitchen, but they were quick to offer to tidy up. All in all, this was a service provider who called in advance, showed up when they were supposed to, cleaned my vents as asked, finished in a timely manner and did not waste my time with aggressive upselling of services I was not interested in getting. They could have been a little tidier (thus the four stars), but they did a very good job overall and were enjoyable to work with.
