- What education and/or training do you have that relates to your work?
Besides constantly updating all of our contractor's manuals and code changes, I personally attend required licensing continued education classes and attend contractor's building trade shows to keep up with the most current materials, methods, and systems.
- How did you get started doing this type of work?
I've been in the real estate business since I finished school. I'm a licensed real estate broker and a general contractor. I've worked for real estate developers and owners for years. I actually own a few rental properties of my own and understand the value maintained and even added through good construction. I love bringing a property to its highest and best use to achieve maximum value.
- What types of customers have you worked with?
1) Bathroom & Kitchen. 2) Interior/Exterior Painting. 3) Commercial Tenant Improvement Projects.
