- What should the customer know about your pricing (e.g., discounts, fees)?
Every clients' requirements are varied and each project is unique. Our estimates are tailored to the specific needs of the client. Our experience with both Graphic Design and Photography is substantial and we are able to anticipate and guide our clients to a great outcome. Our pricing is competitive and budget friendly.
- What is your typical process for working with a new customer?
It starts with either a phone call or an email where the client describes their project. We will ask questions such as, the client's deadline, contact information, and project details. Depending on the scope of the work to be done an estimate is provided along with other vendor estimates that may be involved. Our estimates describe how our services will be applied to the client's job and includes design practices information. Once an estimate is agreed upon, a proposed timeline is provided, then we get started!

In 25 + years we have worked with many different industries, such as Marketing, Healthcare, Financial, Marine, Law, Architecture, Not-for-Profit, Retail, and Real Estate/Development. In that time, we have worked with large companies and small business owners. We truly enjoy getting to know about our clients' projects and providing services that fit their needs.
