Brett was professional and upbeat throughout this nightmare of a situation. Full Spectrum did a great job assessing the water damage and mold issue in my rental unit. I had tenants that lived in the rental unit for 11 months. We did an inspection before we renewed their lease, they had completely neglected the space. They had left food around, and there was a water leak that they didn’t tell to us. Before Brett came, we had an exterminator handle the rat problem, however their were still rat droppings. The attic was a nightmare, and Brett was a godsend in assessing the damage so we could submit a claim to insurance. Brett explained everything throughly, thoughtfully and provided a report within 2 days! I highly recommend using Full Spectrum Environmental

Brett came out and inspected our bathroom for what we thought was mold. We had a window that was leaking and we’re concerned there was mold growth. Brett too air samples, swabs and infrared to find where the mold. Luckily there was no mold but we did have water damage and had to get drywall repaired. Would highly recommend full spectrum!!
