I want you to know this is my FULL-TIME job. You will have the same sitter the entire time you are away from home. Overnight means I am with your pet(s) 24 hrs a day in your home as your personal pet nanny. I pride myself on giving first-class service (including mail retrieval,bringing your garbage to the curb,and any other specific request that will make your time away from home stress free 99% of my clients are overnight stays that trust me with the keys to their home. Libby came to meet my cats beforehand and allowed them to decide how much or little they wished to interact with her. She sent us photos while we were away and we returned to everyone healthy and happy. Libby was a respectful guest in our home and left everything in tip top shape! What should the customer know about your pricing (e.g., discounts, fees)?
This is my full time job .....I offer AROUND THE CLOCK CARE for $125 for one dog up to 3 dogs it's $10 extra each animal I'll be happy to water plants, retrieve mail and packages,take out your weekly trash ...at no extra cost of course.
What is your typical process for working with a new customer?
I want my clients to feel relaxed and confident they are leaving their pets with a responsible adult.I spend 1/2 hr to 1 hour getting to know my clients and their pets making sure everyone is comfortable and any questions answered.I know its usually the first time they have used a service. I'm proud to say all my clients are repeat clients.
What education and/or training do you have that relates to your work?
I am comfortable and have no problem administering medications or injections
