Tropical Mist Pressure Cleaning

We provide pressure cleaning and no pressure roof cleaning for both residential and commercial clients. Basically anything that gets dirty we can clean it. What separates us from most companies is that we have learned over the years that very little pressure is actually needed to clean and the job comes out way better the least pressure you use. By pretreating areas that need cleaning in advance allow a few minutes dwell time and then basically we rinse it off with very mild pressure. Pressure cleaning is real only save on bare concrete. Even pavers cleaned with too much pressure can strip the brick paver of its color and if the concrete is soft the hover cover most clients call it a buffer will cut circular rings into the concrete if the operator doesn't either lower the pressure or change the heads to a diet pattern.. And on roofs we don't use any pressure at all. High pressure can pit, crack and bleed roof tiles.It also damages the weather stripping. Chemical cleaning lasts 4 times loner then pressure cleaning too allowing longer time frames between cleanings and a lot less work. Working outside not being confined to a cubicle. Being somewhat free.
