The professionalism was excellent which is very important. It was nice your have a management team to take care of my property without getting calls everyday! Making sure the property was well maintained in my absence was very important and I got that with PMI Jewel! I never had to worry about my property thankfully! Any issues that occurred were taken care of in a timely manner and customer always left happy. They did a great job relieving me from all anxieties. I will definitely use them again for my next property!

PMI Jewell provides full service vacation rental management, without cutting any corners, for only 25%.
What is your typical process for working with a new customer?
Getting started is easy and risk-free. We can activate homes that are existing vacation rentals in a few weeks if everything is ready to go. Normal activation includes shooting new photos, creating a detailed listing, setting pricing, advertising on the main internet channels, and begin to take reservations.
What education and/or training do you have that relates to your work?
I am a certified Vacation Rental Management Professional and also a licensed Real Estate Sales Agent.
