What is your typical process for working with a new customer?
Finding out the type of property, size, location. Finding out about my client. are you a possible repeating client, number of projects, social influence, clients location, clients style of project.
What types of customers have you worked with?
A majority of my clients, surprisingly are not local. Florida is a big state. I've had clients I've never met in person. MLS provides code assess to most of these properties.
With remote access. it's easy to commute to a property and complete a project being that the realtor is not local.
Describe a recent project you are fond of. How long did it take?
I enjoy working all my projects. cant pin point 1 specific.. but I will say the packaged projects the most. Only because there is a process from A to Z when completing projects. the single projects involves trying to remember what the clients wants and dont want.
