Fermin Campos Roofing LLC was very responsive to my request for a roof repair. I had cracked tiles and hired him to do the repair. Unfortunately, due to poor communication from my HOA, he couldn't complete the job after starting. Apparently the HOA does the repairs for cracked tile and didn't relay that to me when I called them weeks prior. I was shopping around for new insurance and the tiles were found during my Wind storm/4 point inspection. He's very professional and understanding. Explained everything in a way I can understand. I booked him due to having a better quote than everyone else that took a look at my roof(quote comes to email). I didn't request the deposit back due to his professionalism, time wasted, and the work he started. The impression I received is that once he starts a job, he wants to see it to the end. Hard to find that type of quality now a days. If I was to need a roof repair in a non HOA community, he would be my first go to.
