I was having an issue with bedbugs. To the point where I would sleep on a futon in another room. I searched online and learned traditional methods of getting rid of them don’t work. Found Hero Pest Solutions on here and though it was a little more then I was initially looking for, the 90 day warranty and the inclusion of my whole place was enough for me to give them a call. And I’m glad I did. I’ve waited a couple weeks and am happy to report i’ve not seen one bedbug. But if I do, I know they’ll be right back to take care of it. They were on time, personable, and thorough. Thanks!

Eddie and Hero Pest Solutions are my new go-to for pest control. I was moving into a new home and needed the unit treated prior to moving in furniture, and I had short notice to secure a service. Eddie did a great job. In addition to other creepy crawlies, I have an issue with termites. Eddie gave me his recommendation but didn't give me a high-pressure sales pitch. He was very easy to work with and very professional. I would highly recommend Hero Pest Solutions.

I've been through several pest control companies who never delivered what they promised. I was looking for someone reliable and effective with fair prices. Eddie came out at a time that was convenient for me. He is very courteous and accomodating to your invididual needs. He really listens and then tackles the problem in a swift and effective manner. So far I can see a difference already and know that the pest treatment is highly effective. With the other companies, I paid for nothing as the problems never got resolved. He is pleasant to work with and he will stand by his work.

Everything went great. I reached out to set up preventative maintenance and it was easy to schedule. The technician was very knowledgeable, friendly, and took the time to explain the different steps he was taking. Prices are fair and the service has been excellent so far.
What should the customer know about your pricing (e.g., discounts, fees)?
We offer very flexible payment options and payment plan options. Each situation is different, but we take pride in providing honest prices.
What is your typical process for working with a new customer?
We love to accommodate our customers. You need service on weekends? No problem. Green solutions? Absolutely. Before or after work? Definitely. Instead of trying to fit you into a box, we work around your schedule, budget, and preferences to give you a customized service you are 100% comfortable with.
What education and/or training do you have that relates to your work?
On top of over 15 years experience in pest control specific to south florida, we are also licensed by the state to handle any pest you may encounter in your home (GHP license), including ants, roaches, rats, bed bugs, etc. We are also state certified to treat and inspect for termites, (WDO), licensed to fumigate your home by tenting (Fumigation license) and even hold the proper license (L&O license) for full lawn treatment that includes systemic insecticide treatment, turf and palm fertilization, weed control, and applying fungicides.
