- What is your typical process for working with a new customer?
My typical process with any customer is to have them call me and explain exactly what they need done and once we have come to an agreement on the project at hand I give them a direct quote so the customer knows what they are facing with no surprises.
- What education and/or training do you have that relates to your work?
I have worked with Master plumbers or 10 years. This has made the process of my plumbing work very specific and accurate. I have years of experience with plumbing service and remodeling work and I have also done new construction.
- How did you get started doing this type of work?
I got started in plumbing with my uncle that hired me as an apprentice 10 years ago. he showed me the ropes and taught me the ins and outs of plumbing. His very specific and adamant ways of plumbing has affected my work in an extremely positive way.
