I have only been in my home for a little over a year. It is a new construction, so when I started having problems with my toilets and showers, I was horrified. I was contacted by AllRound Repairs and spoke with Nick. Nick made me feel at ease and empathized with my situation. He offered me all discounts I was eligible for and assured me his crew could resolve the problem. Nick and his crew arrived to my home in the middle of the night to start their inspection. Even though they were running behind, they kept me informed every step of the way. Before I realized it, Nick and his crew found the issue. Nick walked me through the costs for the repairs and assured me this was the best option for me to avoid further, long-term damage. He sent me photos of the pipes and was extremely patient while I made my decision. I appreciate everything these gentlemen did for me. Plumbing issues are no laughing matter. They were extremely professional, and I highly recommend you give them a call.

We had a plumbing emergency on a Friday evening - Nick and his crew arrived within an hour. They were extremely polite, personable, professional and knowledgeable. My husband is a General Contractor, and he would know a rip off if he saw one. Nick and the team worked well after dark, making sure we had toilets that worked before they left. They found other plumbing issues under our house which my husband verified. Both our tub and our shower are not properly plumbed - both drain directly onto the ground! They came back the second day to address those issues. They are not afraid of physical work, and were very careful not to let our numerous pets out of the gate or out of the door. As a non profit pet sanctuary operating on a shoestring budget, we really appreciate the Senior and Military discounts. We learned long ago - the hard way - you get what you pay for. Are there less expensive plumbers around? No doubt. But if you want quality work done right the first time, go with AllRound Repair and More.

Water pipe leaked and I had to shut off all the water. They came in the next day and replaced the pipe and they also fix the dry wall. They also gave me a discount for being in the service . Good service! Will use them again👍

I had discovered clogs in my bathrooms on a Saturday evening and was able to make an appointment for the very next day at 8:30. I was so appreciative to have someone to be able to come so quickly as I was expecting family over on Sunday afternoon. Nick and his crew found several clogs and gave me a quote for a hydroflush. It was really much more than I wanted to spend or anticipated it costing but needed the matter taken care of ASAP so agreed to the service. Luckily due to them using the cameras in the drains they were able to find and notify me of a cracked pipe created by the contractors that have been laying fiber optics in my neighborhood ! This may have not been detected had I not agreed to the service. They also sent me all videos and pictures they were able to take which will greatly help me. Nick and his crew were very knowledgeable and were very patient in answering all my questions. They were able to get all the work done before my family arrived as well and advise me on how to deal with the issue with the cracked pipe.

Our typical process is responding to the service inspection then, after review, we will inform our client if they need further inspection of their sewage pipes, then we will conduct a endoscope camera diagnostics on all sewage drain lines of home or facility, our technician, then inform our client of their condition, then proceed forward with recommendations
