Anitra is an awesome coach. I'm already on my second group of 10 sessions with her and I love it. She pushes you to the max but at the same time understands your limitations and works around them. She has helped me achieve not only physical goals I never knew possible but also mentally. She has a lot of dedication and passion for her work, and I would recommend her in a heartbeat.
