my goal is to provide a price that the customer can be comfortable with and not be feeling overcharged while still giving a premium quality job.
- What is your typical process for working with a new customer?
it's important to build a relationship with a customer first thing, giving them a comfort about myself and getting to understand what concerns they have and how i can allow them piece of mind while in there home.
- What education and/or training do you have that relates to your work?
I have training in Schluter products, and in water restoration and mold treatment and prevention. I have also watched you tube. LOL jk
