- What should the customer know about your pricing (e.g., discounts, fees)?
I either quote by the size, time, and budget of the customer to do the job.
- What is your typical process for working with a new customer?
Meeting and discussing plans of getting project done as per the customer. I also like to build a rapport with the customer to build their trust. Showing them with a plan how I will complete the job within the budget and time frame. Following up afterward to make sure they are satisfied.
- What education and/or training do you have that relates to your work?
I have learned thru experience and my skills how to do the tasks. My college education in Business Administration and Marketing has helped me in being self employed. I have also been in the construction field.
