Beyond the basics of safety, licensing, insurance, and background-checking, be sure to ask your provider: * Can crews can provide same-day service (when needed)? * Am I required to be present during service in order to provide payment? * What are my payment options? Can I pay online 24 hours a day, 7 days a week, 365 days a year using any major credit card, a debit card, or by bank account? * What are your customer reviews like? * Do you require any sort of contract or commitment from me? * Can I easily change the frequency of my service schedule from weekly to biweekly, or from monthly to PAUSED or CANCELLED without any penalties or hassles? * Can I schedule additional services or make service adjustments online via email or by text?
