Working with Steven felt like talking with a friend. His demeanor and approach to the subject we were tackling, soundness and completeness for valid propositions, made me feel confident and comfortable enough to ask questions. For such a lofty, highly conceptual topic, Steven never spoke to me in condescending terms and was able to make comparisons and analogies closely related to English and Literature, two topics I am much stronger in than math and philosophy. Steven also came highly prepared, and knew exactly where to start, when I myself wasn't able to pinpoint where I was struggling. This professionalism and depth of knowledge made me feel like a mini expert in the areas we were delving into. I know I will be reaching out to Steven again, and I highly recommend him for anything ranging from a light review to a start-from-scratch session!
