From the very onset, GROOVERS proved to set themselves apart from their competitors because they contacted me before anyone else and asked me important questions about the work I had. They offered the fairest price for the job to be done and followed up with an emailed contract which outlined everything to be done. In addition, their representative, checked back with me during the course of the day. I am so confident in them that I hired them for additional work (junk removal) and I am letting them coordinate the delivery of another appliance. Instead of the nationally recognized major carrier attempting another “curbside delivery,” I am having the major carrier make delivery to GROOVERS, instead of me going through the hassle of waiting all day and risking being upset or disappointed by the major carrier not treating said delivery with the care and respect that GROOVERS would again. I trust GROOVERS to act in my behalf and to bring my new $1000 appliance safely to my home, up my steps and into my house in, still in working order and then haul the other old one away. I’m so glad I found GROOVERS!

These guys responded super quick to all of my messages and set up a date fast. The two guys that came were extremely friendly and did a great and quick job. All the furniture was handled carefully and wrapped neatly to avoid bruises and scratches. I personally ran out of moving blankets and they offered their own companies' without expecting them to be returned which was very generous since I was in a rush. Couldn't thank these guys enough

Ours was a small and simple move right up the road, but we needed help with some larger items we were unable to move ourselves. The team provided a clear estimate, they showed up after a brief traffic delay (but they kept me up to date at all times) and they were professional and respectful. One item was slightly damaged, which we did not discover until after the move - and after they had been paid - and Chemoore took care of it right away. All in all, it was a very good moving experience and we would hire them again without question.
