- What should the customer know about your pricing (e.g., discounts, fees)?
No fees or costs unless money is recovered.
- What is your typical process for working with a new customer?
Upon receiving a call, we determine whether an office conference or whether a home or hospital visit is in order to do a free consultation. During the free consultation, we determine whether your case is one in which we can accept. If we cannot accept your case for some reason, we will tell you why we cannot accept your case. If we can accept your case, there is no obligation to sign up at the free consultation however we hope that you will allow us to represent you for your legal matter.
- What education and/or training do you have that relates to your work?
Attorneys are licensed by their respective state bar associations. Beyond mere licensing, an attorney's value comes from years of experience in their field of practice. Advertising often confuses real world experience for attorneys, however, this is why you should try to do the free consultation at the attorney's office. Going to the attorney's office helps you determine whether hiring the attorney is the right decision for you.
