Ground Up has been extremely helpful after the purchase of my first home. There were many things I wanted to change or improve. I had a vision and Al understood exactly what I was looking for and also gave many suggestions. He did a wonderful job on all the crown molding and painting through out the house. I also had a complete bathroom remodel. Everything was ripped out and redone from the floor up. Every little detail turned out exactly what I was hoping for.
Not only does Al suggest ideas but also helped design and build an outdoor patio set and amazing doggy steps that match perfectly to my bedroom furniture.
Al also did a beautiful job with setting up my home theater system. I was able to get rid of a very large stand and all the wires, cords, speakers and boxes that come with having an entertainment area. He was able to nicely hide everything in my laundry room so I now have a clean, open space in my family room to enjoy movies.
I would highly recommend Al and Ground Up Construction and Maintenance. His work is top-notch, he is very knowledgeable and friendly. He was able to work within my timeline and offered very competitive prices.
I will most definitely be using Ground Up for my upcoming home improvement projects.

Quick response from Al. We had some damage to the fascia and soffit after Hurricane Irma. Al was quick to respond to us and the repair was made within a couple of days.

Al was very professional and honest from start to finish. He gave me suggestions of what to fix and what was the best price. I would highly recommend Ground up for any home needs.
