- What should the customer know about your pricing (e.g., discounts, fees)?
Pricing varies based on your wants and needs, the level of service and or features you choose. You can expect to pay a small activation fee of around $99, your monthly monitoring fee, which will be determined before scheduling your professional install. We provide *base equipment at no cost and give you options during the install to purchase additional protection if wanted and needed.
- What is your typical process for working with a new customer?
1 Get detailed information about their project. 2 Narrow down what level of service and establish a monthly monitoring rate and what equipment will be installed, & sign paperwork. 3 Schedule Install. 4 Sleep happily ever after.

Over 10 years hands on, designing & installing quality security systems, FASA / BASA CERTIFIED, 22 years in law enforcement and the passion to protect families makes me good at what I do. I truly LOVE what I do..!
