FAQs
- What should the customer know about your pricing (e.g., discounts, fees)?
Pricing depends on the type of unit needed and the type of water problems/concerns you have. We carry three different lines to provide customers a choice of pricing/quality/warranty to fit your needs. A quotation will require a 20-30 minute appointment to test your water and review installation conditions.
- What is your typical process for working with a new customer?
We want to know what your concerns are and the main reason you are looking for a filtration or water softener solution. Next we will need to do a water test - this is especially important for well water systems. Depending on the water test, this will determine what equipment is needed to correct the issue. This can be done outside the home and we will ask for a sample inside the house as well. Some water issues can be caused by the plumbing and we want to make sure any solution we design will work. Then we will present a few recommendations with pricing and the pro's & con's of each system (usually at the same time we take a water sample). The customer then decides which system they want installed. We get the customer to sign a sales order that outlines the equipment and collect a deposit to schedule. Most systems we have in stock or can get within 2-3 business days. Typically we can do installations the same week. After we install the system either the installer or the sales consultant will walk the customer through usage instructions and answer questions. They will also provide information on maintenance to keep the system working properly.
- What education and/or training do you have that relates to your work?
