- What should the customer know about your pricing (e.g., discounts, fees)?
Our all-inclusive Beverage Packages offers everything you need for full service. We include unlimited beverages & supplies to guarantee your bar is fully stocked. This includes all ice for mixing and chilling beverages, drinkware, sodas, juice, water, cocktail mixers and all garnishes as needed per package. You choose the package that fit your needs. If you would like to order alcohol in additional to the service this will be priced out as needed and billed separately outside of the price per person beverage & supplies package. We offer our clients At Cost Alcohol ordering through our local distributor with your Beverage Package. This keeps the pricing as low as possible so you can order the brands you love with your budget in mind. This will be in addition to the below “price per person” for the all-inclusive beverages and supplies. “DIY” Service is also available if you would like to provide your own alcohol and all supplies for service. We will recommend professional event staff & event rentals as needed.
- What is your typical process for working with a new customer?
You can contact us via phone, email or our contact form online. We will gather all of the event details and send you a custom proposal for services. Our services are a la cart and we can build the best package that fits your needs and your budget.
- What education and/or training do you have that relates to your work?
uDream Events is the one of the largest providers of hospitality staff for special events & festivals in Tampa Bay, Sarasota, Orlando & Surrounding areas. We are looking for professional, bright, articulate individuals who understand hospitality and enjoy working fast paced, high-end events. - We require one year minimum experience in hospitality. - We process background checks upon hiring and routinely throughout the year. - All staff are interviewed and trained by our staffing manager. - Bartenders will review drink knowledge and pour testing. - We host workshops frequently for staff who want to learn more in the industry, hone in on their skills and train in other positions.
