Richard is an amazing technician! He fixed my computer quickly and went above and beyond to make sure everything was perfect. The guy was pleasant enough but he seemed to be new to the computer repair business. He fooled me plain and simple. We were texting back and forth and he was texting he needed to update his website. His charges were $75 per hour. I had a new HP laptop that wasn't operating correctly. In the back and forth text messaging after a couple of days he texted me stating he was sure of what was causing me problems. The way the text messages went back and forth I thought it was going to cost me $75 for him to get my computer functioning properly. WRONG!! After all was said and done he had the nerve to charge me $250!! That was with his promise "to return and perform a bit more work" on my laptop to get it functioning properly all the way around. I forget what happened other than I bought a new Lenovo laptop. As I had "online capability" dealing with PRIMED PC dude slipped my mind and he never contacted me again over the next couple of months or more I believe if memory serves. I messaged him a few times without a response from him. I put that HP laptop in my closet and BLOCKED "Primed PC LLC Guy" from contacting me again. I had the Lenovo that developed its own problems. Started using that HP again. The only referrals to this guy I'd make is to people I don't really care about. Hopefully by now he has learned how to do computer repair work. He wasn't very good at it after all was said and done. During the couple of hours of mine he wasted doing repair work that should have been done within 45 minutes at most. I wouldn't hire him again. Maybe he has gotten better. Maybe not. I wouldn't hire him again.

Say what first of all this was over a year ago and this guy is out of his mind and a hard case at that. Ive been doing this for 23 years ! i know what im doing I always say before i leave (call me if you have any problems) well i never heard from him i did not ignore any texts and i said nothing about my website he is confused my website is irelevant to this and if he had problems with 2 laptops its most certainly user error and this is what HP told him : From:hpservicesupport_ams@hp.com To:Gary Veyera Thu, Mar 7 at 8:50 AM Hi Mr. Gary Good Morning.
